Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Times We work with trusted suppliers to bring you quality products. Estimated delivery times are:

- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £75. International shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. RIMLIFE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
